According to RIA Novosti, Krasnodar region has completed the harvesting of grain, collecting 10.4 million tons, thus breaking last year's record, told reporters the Governor of the region Veniamin Kondratyev.
In 2017 Krasnodar region harvested 10,364 million tons of grain. The yield was 63.3 centners per hectare. In 2016, the region collected 10,152 million tons of grain.
Technical Controls & Inspection Services (TCIS) performed loading inspection of 23 000 mt of pig iron for one of our clients in the port of Novorossiysk, Russia.
Loading was performed by means of cranes/grabs from a pile of the cargo directly into the ship's holds. During the inspection the samples of the cargo were taken and dispatched to a reputable laboratory for chemical analyses.
The scope consisted of the following:
TCIS have signed a contract for loading inspections of mineral cargoes from January to December, 2017.
The cargoes will be supplied in bulk and in big bags. The inspection scope will include quantity control by Draft Survey/tally, visual examination of the cargo/packing during loading, sampling throughout loading, laboratory testing and cargo certification.
